Convenient Parking Options

While the hotel boasts a stunning view of the lake, the overall experience was disappointing due to outdated facilities and poor room conditions. The service varied, with some staff being helpful while others lacked professionalism. However, the convenient location near central Queenstown is a plus, making it easy to explore the area.

The rooms were very dated and poorly maintained. Our ground-floor room was directly facing the main road, which resulted in noise disruptions early in the morning. Additionally, the cleanliness left much to be desired as we found pizza boxes and used tissues in the room.

My experience at this hotel was a bit mixed. The location is excellent, just a short walk from central Queenstown and offering beautiful lake views.
