Reviews and Ratings <br />
While the hotel boasts a stunning view of the lake, the overall experience was disappointing due to outdated facilities and poor room conditions. The service varied, with some staff being helpful while others lacked professionalism. However, the convenient location near central Queenstown is a plus, making it easy to explore the area.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, which is conveniently located just a short walk from the town center and offers a beautiful lake view. The room was comfortable, and I enjoyed the buffet breakfast with plenty of options. While the parking situation was manageable, the service could have been better, especially concerning information about water pressure in the rooms.
This hotel has a fantastic location with stunning views across the lake, making mornings quite special. However, the rooms leave much to be desired, as they feel quite old and worn out. The staff, while friendly, seemed overwhelmed, especially during busy times, which impacted the overall experience. Despite the issue with the bathroom flooding, the in-room dining was a highlight of our stay.
My experience at this hotel was a bit mixed. The location is excellent, just a short walk from central Queenstown and offering beautiful lake views. Unfortunately, the service and room conditions left much to be desired. I faced issues with amenities and a concerning incident during my stay, which made it hard to recommend this place.
Our stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. While the location was fantastic with stunning views and close to the town, we were disappointed with the room’s condition. The service had its moments, with some friendly staff, but we encountered issues that made it less pleasant. Dining was a highlight, especially the breakfast, but overall, the experience felt more like a budget stay than a resort.
